Rite Track Youth Services is a community-based organization that provides a wide array of cost-effective options for teens, and responds to the ever-changing needs of communities. Our services are supported by research and evidence-based practices, as well as 35 years of experience working with youth. Rite Track Youth Services works with agencies on the County and State level as well as directly with youth and families—all with the goal of building a successful future for youth.
Programming at the Evening Learning Center features therapeutic and pro-social opportunities for teens.
Rite Track’s Mentoring and Tracking program is designed to assist at-risk youth that require additional community-based services in order to fulfill the terms of their probation, or are in need of assistance accessing community services and diversion services.
Rite Track’s Proud Parenting program serves eligible young parents who are within the County’s Probation or Social Services system and/or considered at-risk youth.
Rite Track’s WISE program provides an array of services such as mentoring, tracking, and counseling interventions, all of which are demonstrated through educational and vocational training, job skills and family systems.
