Evening Learning Center

ELC

The Evening Learning Center (ELC) operates five days a week, 52 weeks of the year during peak crime hours. The program provides evidence based non-residential supervision services to moderate to moderate-high risk youth, ages 11-18, allowing them to remain in their home and receive therapeutic services that support their learning styles and characteristics in order to reinforce pro-social behaviors. 

Referrals accepted by Imperial County Probation Department, Juvenile Courts (NOTE: 20% Non-Adjudication Cap)

Requirements:

Youth Ages 11-18

Imperial County Residence who resides within: El Centro, Calexico, Heber, Holtville, Imperial, Brawley, Westmorland and Seeley City limits

Moderate to High Risk Justice Involved/Adjudicated Youth

Pre-Adjudication Youth

 

Rite Track Youth Services provides community-based and family-focused programming to at-promise youth.
