Mentoring & Tracking

Rite Track’s Mentoring & Tracking program is designed to assist low to moderate at-risk youth ages 11-18 who require additional support and community-based services in order to fulfill the terms of their probation or are in need of assistance accessing community services and diversion services. Each participant is matched with an age-appropriate role model who mentors them throughout their program participation and is available 24/7.

Referrals accepted by Imperial County Probation Department, Juvenile Courts (NOTE: 20% Non-Adjudication Cap)

Requirements:

Youth Ages 11-18

Imperial County Residence who resides within: El Centro, Calexico, Heber, Holtville, Imperial, Brawley, Westmorland , Calipatria, Niland and Seeley City limits

Low to Moderate Risk Justice Involved/Adjudicated Youth

Pre-Adjudication Youth

Rite Track Youth Services provides community-based and family-focused programming to at-promise youth.
