Rite of Passage (ROP) in partnership with Rite Track works to promote well-being and child health by providing a skill-based training curriculum, Making Parenting a Pleasure, to young parents within Imperial County. Parents will gain knowledge in nurturing, understanding stress, managing anger as well as a general understanding of child development and modeling alternatives. ROP’s Proud Parenting program serves eligible youth parents, ages 14-24 who are within the County’s Probation or Social Services system and/or considered at-risk youth and young adults.
Referrals from all schools and organizations are accepted.

Young parents ages 14-24
Imperial County Residence who resides within: El Centro, Calexico, Heber, Holtville, Imperial, Brawley, Westmorland , Calipatria, Niland and Seeley City limits
Rite Track Youth Services provides community-based and family-focused programming to at-promise youth.
