Superior Court Judge the Honorable Juan Ulloa has been one of Rite Track’s most ardent supporters and was instrumental in the development of the program in 2009. Judge Ulloa was born and raised in the Imperial Valley and has dedicated his entire career to keeping families together, offering youth second chances and developing resources for Imperial County families. He’s been a “guerrero de la gente” (a warrior of the people) and has never been afraid to advocate for those who could not advocate for themselves.
